Overview

The Coverage Recruiter’s responsibility is to provide coverage for the recruitment team when there is planned or unplanned time off. This role is a sales and customer service-based role that involves daily interaction with external travelers as well as cross departmental communication and collaboration. This role is critical for ensuring that while recruiters are out of the office that the momentum of their desk is not tampered with or slowed by their absence. Success in this position allows for optimum efficiency and TOA growth despite the absence of recruiters.

Responsibilities

Full desk coverage for those Recruiters who are out of the office including but not limited to:

  • Providing support to current TOA including CL, PI’s and other urgent tasks
  • Working with account management on accepting outstanding offers and extensions
  • Following up on currently submitted RFO’s
  • Sending job lists and submitting new RFO’s
  • Following up with both travelers and Host internal employees to complete the CMA process already in progress
  • Calling the current Host database of candidates and beginning the CMA process
  • Specifically targeting backfill, business development, and hot job (delegated by Account Management) candidates to assist with Host business needs
  • Pass along qualified candidates to the recruitment team
  • Follow up on candidate interviews
  • Compliance: FDI’s and PPW follow up and make sure travelers are ready for their assignment start date
  • Maintain personal KPI’s

Qualifications

  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
  • Dedication and enthusiasm for sales. Fearless and competitive sales attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong phone presence. Willingness to make many phone calls.
  • Ability to articulate and sell an intangible concept/experience.
  • Proven interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to hold oneself accountable for achieving high levels of individual and organizational performance.

Posted Salary Range

USD $21.60 - USD $21.60 /Hr.
